Welcome to the website for Underwood Counseling Services. Before you go any further, give yourself credit for beginning this search. People decide to engage in counseling for many different reasons. Perhaps you are in a relationship that is no longer serving you. Maybe you are on the threshold of a major change and feel anxious or overwhelmed. It might be that you are simply feeling "stuck" and unsure what to do next. Regardless of your situation, asking for help requires an enormous amount of strength and courage and you should be proud of yourself for taking this step.
